We have been trying to get items fixed since we purchased our RV brand new at Camping World in Savannah. The service is horrible at Camping World and they had our motorhome more than we did this first year. I complained to Thor on my survey and they called and recommended Open Roads Complete RV in Acworth. They fixed all our issues the first time and it was done when they said it would be. Shannon and Heather and all the staff there are polite and professional and let me know what was going on the entire time. What a difference from Camping World. Our next purchase will be with Open Roads. I will never give another dime to Camping World. I am so glad we found Open Roads. - Dawn

The sales experience was A+ and the service team was A+. We intended to purchase our particular camper in Texas because they were the only dealer we could find with the exact one we wanted. On the day before we were supposed to leave to drive there for a pick up, we did a quick google search one last time and found that Open Roads had exactly what we wanted! We drove up to check it out and were greeted with stellar knowledge and warm personalities. They made the buying process fun. We are first time owners and are new to everything. When we picked it up, they took extra time with our orientation and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking dumb questions. I recently had a horse trailer dressing room/camper conversion done somewhere else in Ga. We were getting ready to take it on a trip and the hot water heater wouldn’t work. After doing some troubleshooting I needed a new control board. I called Open Roads RV, they had the part in stock. I asked if they could cover the part under warranty they said yes but I would need to bring the trailer in. They were not too far from me and I was already hooked up so….. They contacted suburban, got authorization and had me in and out in no time. Every one was very nice and helpful I am sure I will be back. - Ed
We had been researching RV’s for 3 years and hadn’t felt good about any of the RV dealers we had visited. The big dealerships weren’t really interested in selling an entry level RV to first-timers and many of the sales people at the small dealers weren’t very knowledgeable about their products. From the moment we live-chatted with Open Roads it was clear customer service was their priority. Eric Garcia, our sales agent, even called us after we set up an appointment during our chat to be sure we knew where they were located. During our initial visit we interacted with both the General Manager and Eric who were very patient in answering all our questions and never tried to up-sell us. It was one of the most positive sales experiences we have ever had! The service guys were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our specific camper during our orientation and walk-through. I have done business with Open Roads for over 2 years. I purchased my first RV from them and have used them for service, storage of my unit, and repairs. I must say they have ALWAYS treated me fairly. The buying experience was very friendly, even for an intimidated newbie. Once I purchased my unit, Ronnie was there to take my many phone calls when I took my RV on our first ever trip. Being new I could not figure out how some of the systems worked and Ronnie patiently took multiple phone calls from me to help me have a great RV’ing experience.
Since my purchase Open Roads has continued to service and repair my unit. Routine maintenance is completed in a timely manner and any breakdowns or repairs I have had have been address quickly and professionally. I honestly can not say enough good things about this company. Without them I highly doubt I would have continued to own my RV for very long. I have heard from other people about how horrible the RV dealership and mechanics they use are. I always tell these people to give Open Roads a try. It is clear to me that not all RV places are created equal and Open Roads is TOP NOTCH. - Angella
We were looking for our first RV, a lightweight travel trailer for our family of 3, last November and dropped in at Open Roads to check out their supply of Retros, Passports and Micro Winnies. We secured a Passport 239ML the day after Thanksgiving and took delivery of it the following Friday and went straight to nearby McKinney Campground. We had a blast! We then took it on a 5 day trip to Florida in December to visit family – a great trip! Our first adventure of the new year is coming up, and we can’t wait to get on the road! I would like to let everyone know that we had a great experience at Open Roads Complete RV. We worked with Glenn & Dylan at the Woodstock, GA location. Glenn was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and answered our many newbie questions. Dylan helped get us a great deal on the sale and financing. Shane and Mark in the service department not only got our RV ready to go, they also installed a brake controller, weight distribution hitch, and some accessories (bug screens). They both helped us walk through a very detailed pre-delivery inspection and orientation and answered our many “how do you do this again?” questions. We have had NO issues at all with the RV on our first two trips. I already have a list of upgrades for them to install! I am most pleased with and can highly recommend the team at Open Roads Complete RV! - Daryl
